EXCHANGE
We are only able to exchange an item for the same item(s) in a different size/color. Please note that if you wish to exchange a product for a new product , then you will need to return the item(s) for a return and place a new order.
You can exchange item(s) back to us within 14 days of purchase, provided:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with all original tags attached.

All returned items must be returned in original packaging.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable
makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. -
Fill out your item(s) for exchange size/color on your delivery note.

Enclose your delivery note with the item, and package up securely.

We advise all customers to obtain a tracking of postage the from the postal service used;
NHOJ is not responsible for any lost goods.
All customers exchanging your items you will have to pay the costs of your delivery method chosen directly.
Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back. To ensure the item is available contact us at info@johnofficial.co; if stocks are low we will then reserve the item for you.
PLEASE NOTE : SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RESERVED. If any item required for an exchanges is not available we will issue a refund in its place.
RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchasing and we will issue a full refund on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge) upon receipt of the return.

Returned items should be unused and unworn, must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.(including original tags and labels)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 21 working days for a your parcel to be processed by JOHN. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.If you have not heard any communication from us after the 14 working day timescale, please contact our customer care team info@johnofficial.co with your order number and details of the items returned.
